 They will tell you they support the bills but without their late Co-Sponsorship we cannot guarantee a "YES" vote. Tell them you want a late co-sponsorship!

 H01389 - Carries a penalty of 30 year mandatory sentence up to life for forcible rape of a child under 14

 H01388 - Carries a life sentence no parole for any 2nd offense of rape of a child under 14.

 H01390 - Repeat Sex Offender law: Three convictions for any sex offense ranging from Lewd and Lascivious acts up to forcible rape. Carries a penalty of life imprisonment with NO PAROLE. 'Three Strikes you’re In"

 Senate Bill: S884 - 1) Amends the current rape law from “any term of years”to a mandatory 15 years. 2) Doubles the mandatory from "15" to a mandatory "30" years 3) Repeat Sex Offender "Three Strikes You're In" Law- 3 convictions for sex related crimes to carry a punishment of life imprisonment with no parole.

 We need you to urge your Representatives to late co-sponsor our bills.

 He or she was given the opportunity in January to co-sponsor our bills. Tell them you are a constituent and you want them to support our bills.
