Brenda's Law: 

 
1) Rape of child by force with a child under 14: 30 years mandatory up to life.  
 
2) Rape of a child under 14, through use of force, previously convicted offenders: Life imprisonment no parole.                           
 
3) Sexual Deviant: Whoever is convicted three or more times for a serious sex crime shall be punished by life imprisonment no parole.
